My undergraduate final project is a light food restaurant brand design. I notice that although in the west, the concept of light food has been very popular, in china, most restaurant offer Sichuan Cuisine mainly, which is very spicy and heavy. In fact, as early as in the Qin Dynasty, it was written in Huang Di Nei Jing that Heavy taste will give burden to the people's body and spirit and even bring harm to people's taste. So I designed a light food restaurant brand to advocate a more healthy lifestyle, such as eat less fat and less salty food. The name "Dong Li Nan Shan" is come from the poem"picking chrysanthemums Dongli, leisurely to see the mountain" written by the Jin Dynasty poet Tao Yuanming.  This is a very natural and distant mood in Chinese. In the Wei and Jin Dynasties, people advocated physical and mental health preserving. Tao Yuanming is a pastoral poet who grow his own food and cook by himself.
